The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, and can use whatever shipping carrier you choose.

Please include the packing slip that was provided in your original order for us to be able to process your return.  Once received, please allow 3-5 business days for your return to be processed and your store credit to be applied to your account.  

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be returned for store credit; all sale items are final sale.  If a sale item is sent back for a store credit, a $5 fee must be paid to have the merchandise returned for you.
