Shipping & Returns

We hope that you love your purchase from Luxe 83 Boutique!  However, we understand that some items may not work and that's okay!  We can't wait to help you find something you love! Below you can find more information on our return policy.  

Exchanges 
Purchases are eligible for store credit only if postmarked to be shipped for return back to Luxe 83 within 10 days of receiving your purchase.  After that time frame, your item is no longer eligible for return.  

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn, tags attached, and in the original condition you received the item in.  

Items that are not eligible for return: Bodysuits, purses, accessories, jewelry, shoes with free shipping, gift cards, and sale items.

All shoes with free shipping are FINAL SALE.

Should you mail a package back to us after the 10 day time period, an invoice of $5 will be sent to you to cover postage to send your item back to you.

Shipping 

Orders ship in 1-3 days, and ship USPS Ground or UPS Ground Saver. If you would like expedited shipping, please email us at info@luxe83.com with your order number. We will send you your expedited shipping options and an additional shipping invoice for the cost difference.

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs should you need to return anything, and can use whatever shipping carrier you choose.

Please include return card that was provided in your original order for us to be able to process your return.  Once received, please allow 3-5 business days for your return to be processed and your gift card to be emailed to you.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be returned for store credit; all sale items are final sale.  If a sale item is sent back for a store credit, a $5 invoice must be paid to have the merchandise sent back to you.
